We have wrapped up our learning on Statistics!
We are now moving into Chapter 1: Positive Numbers and the Number Line for 6th grade students. We reviewed factors, multiples, prime numbers, and PEMDAS.
We are now moving into Chapter 2: Rational Number Operations for 7th grade students. We reviewed PEMDAS, improper fractions/mixed numbers, adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing fractions and decimals, and percents.
What is upcoming....
6th Grade Learning Goal:
Students will be able to understand positive numbers and the number line.
Objectives-
-Understand how to find missing numbers on a number line and identify the interval.
-Understand how to set up a horizontal and vertical number line.
7th Grade Learning Goal: Students will be able to understand rational number operations.
Objectives-
-Understand how to add integers with the same sign.
-Understand how to add integers with different signs.
-Understand how to add integers to their opposites.
